Rolando served on the Houston Police Department for 6 years. He left the force with the new responsibility of raising a family but with this he knew, as the provider of his household, he needed to know how to protect and defend his family. For the last 22 years he has honed his knowledge of tactical home and personal defense as well as tactical defensive technology. Now that he has passed down this knowledge to his maturing family, he sees the need to share it with others so that they may protect what is most important to them.
